Environment
Our leaders, employees, contributors, and community members shall provide a welcoming environment for all regardless of disability, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, level of experience, education, socio-economic status, race, caste, color, religion, or sexual identity or orientation.
Our Standards
Heavy Element expects that our leaders, employees, contributors, community members, and even players in online gaming scenarios will be respectful, foster a welcoming environment, and will refrain from hostile, abusive, and harrassing language.
Enforcement
Heavy Element reserves the right to enforce this Code of Conduct. We may use, at our discretion, any information you've submitted to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy to reject, revoke, ban and/or block the use of our Websites, Projects, and/or Services by Violators of this Code of Conduct.
Furthermore, we reserve the right to ban further attempts by Violators to use our Websites, Projects, and/or Services.
Who Is Expected to Abide by this Code of Conduct?
This Code of Conduct is enforced for all interactions on Websites owned or operated by Heavy Element, a Maine-based S Corporation. We also enforce this Code of Conduct:
- On the set of our productions
- In the text and voice chats of our online-enabled video games
- On our Git repositories
- On our official Social Media channels (including all comments and other interactions)
- On our official Discord Server(s)

By using our Websites, Online-enabled Products, and Services, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct and the standards and expectations of respect, decency, and kindness thereof. You also acknowledge our right and obligation to moderate our Websites, Products, and Service to maintain the welcoming experience we strive for.
