We developed a website for our client Lynn Tree Care and the results speak for themselves.
Lynn Tree Care is a local tree management service based in Waldo County, Maine. They offer a wide array of services to our community which you can learn about here.
When Adam Lynn, proprietor and namesake of Lynn Tree Care, approached us to develop their site, they had a few requirements.
- The logo could not be changed
- An easy user experience for Adam and his team
- The website needs to be a source of revenue generation
These were two entirely reasonable requests, so we built a site around their existing logo, developing a refined color palette and thoughtfully considering the layout and sales funnel for visitors.
We start with the landing page which tastefully includes a fixed header that floats freely from the edge of the viewport. This was done for a few reasons.
The biggest was that Lynn's playing card logo has a lot of detail that does not read well at smaller sizes. We wanted to ensure their logo was readable to all visitors.
But we also didn't want a large logo to mean an enormous navigation bar that fills up to 1/5th of the screen. So we let the logo overflow the bounds of the header on the top and bottom and set it at an angle to give it that hint of deliberate design. Letting the playing card extend beyond the
